At Ferienwohnpark Immenstaad on Lake Constance you have the choice between four different types of houses. The pitched roof houses (Type 9 or Type 10) are at ground level, while the A-frame houses (Type 7 or Type 8) have two floors connected by a staircase. In type 7 the staircase is a steeper samba staircase. All houses have two separate bedrooms, a separate living-dining area, kitchen and shower / WC. In addition, we offer two special houses. The house Sonnenschein and the house Normannenweg are also directly in the Ferienwohnpark.

All houses are self-catering and have a fitted kitchen, including a hob and fridge. Standard equipment includes cooking and eating utensils, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Most houses have additional equipment, eg. freezer, oven, microwave or dishwasher.

Each house has its own bathroom with shower/WC.

Color TV is also Standard.

You can park your bicycles on your pitch or directly at the house.

The administration building houses the laundry and drying room. (for a fee)

You can either bring your own bed linen, toilet- and kitchen-towels or rent it from us for a fee. Duvets and pillows are provided. The use of beds without covers (sheets, pillow and blanket) is not allowed.

We offer in the entire Ferienwohnpark Internet access via Wi-Fi. In the buildings, the signal may be limited.

In some houses, the driving of your dog is allowed. Other pets are not allowed. The registration is obligatory and must be confirmed by us. The dog is charged extra per night. There is a linen Obligation.

Groups must be requested and confirmed by us in writing. Here we require a deposit of 100 euros per house. (there are no common Rooms in the Ferienwohnpark)

In the houses smoking is FORBIDDEN!
